These terms apply to all tours, transfers, tickets and packages booked with Friendly Service Tourism (“FS Tourism”, “we”).
1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing, by WhatsApp or email. Please check names, dates, pickup location and guest numbers in your confirmation.
2. Prices
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Amounts shown in US dollars are for guidance only, at the fixed rate of 1 USD = 3.6725 AED. Prices include only what is listed on each tour page.
3. Payment
Payment options are shared when we confirm your booking. Tours must be paid in full before they start unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Cancellations by you
Unless the tour page says otherwise, tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. Attraction tickets, event tickets and visa fees are non-refundable once issued.
5. Cancellations and changes by us
We may change or cancel a tour for safety, weather or operational reasons. In that case you may choose a full refund or a new date.
6. Pickup
Please be ready in your hotel lobby at the confirmed time. On shared tours drivers can wait up to 10 minutes; after that the tour may be treated as a no-show.
7. Health and safety
Desert activities such as dune bashing are not recommended during pregnancy, for guests with back or heart conditions, or for children under 3. Guests must follow the instructions of drivers and guides.
8. Third parties
Attractions, camps and cruises are run by their own operators under their own rules. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.
